Your Dock Starts With a Conversation

We build custom docks for Hilton Head waterfront properties. If you're considering a new dock, a repair, or a boat lift, call us or fill out the form below. We'll schedule a site visit within the week to see your waterfront, discuss your goals, and take the measurements we need to put together an accurate proposal.

During the site visit, we evaluate water depth at various tide stages, assess bottom conditions for piling planning, document wind exposure, and review any HOA architectural requirements for your community. Properties in Sea Pines, Palmetto Dunes, Windmill Harbour, and other plantation communities each have their own design standards. We address those from the start so there are no surprises during review.

Service areaHilton Head Island, Bluffton, Beaufort, Daufuskie Island
Permit timeline8-12 weeks (Beaufort County + DHEC-OCRM)
Construction4-8 weeks depending on scope
SeasonYear-round, weather and tide dependent

Plan ahead if you can. Beaufort County permit review runs eight to twelve weeks, and our construction calendar books two to four months out during peak season. Starting the conversation in winter for a spring build, or in summer for a fall project, keeps the timeline comfortable.

Emergency dock repairs and storm damage assessments receive priority scheduling regardless of season.

Build a Dock That Survives Saltwater

We survey your tidal exposure, check bottom conditions, and engineer a structure for Hilton Head's 6-foot tide swings and storm season.
